A cardiac emergency can happen anywhere, at any time. That’s why the Mikey On Board Program was created - to place lifesaving MIKEY defibrillators in vehicles that travel through our communities every day, ensuring help is always close when it’s needed most.
The program launched in 2012 with our first partner, Two Men and a Truck Canada, equipping their moving trucks with MIKEYs and training their teams to respond in an emergency. Since then, it has expanded to include other organizations committed to making a difference, such as Durham Radio, which became the first in Canada to install MIKEYs in its event cruisers.
We are proud to add Koala Insulation to our Mikey On Board program. Every one of their insulation trucks will now carry a Mikey Defibrillator and help save lives in the communities they visit.
